I placed the Urbo in a position in a turning bay where I could empty it without leaving my vehicle.
Recently a stock truck turning out of the drive hit the letterbox and knocked it off the post. It was a great relief to simply fix it back on the post undamaged, saving me time and money not having to get a new one."

"I chose the Urbo letterbox after searching locally and on the internet for several months. My previous mailbox had rusted away with the sea air in less than 2 years and was about to die. We are about 50 metres from the beach. I needed a letterbox that resisted rusting, could take A4 envelopes without folding, would keep the water out from both tropical storms and my garden sprinklers every 2nd morning and looked attractive in a prominent position in front of my house on a tourist route in Mackay. Further an integral lock to help to prevent letterbox theft which is attributed to rising identity theft.
